Terms of Service

Contact List PRO is created by Tammersoft Inc. (Tammersoft Oy in Finland), a Finnish company with the company ID 3146499-1 and VAT number FI31464991.

License

An active subscription for Contact List PRO grants you access to plugin updates and priority customer support. A lifetime license grants those without expiration.

Once a subscription expires, you won’t be able to update the plugin to a newer version or access the priority support. The plugin will still function as usual, but we can’t guarantee any future compatibility or protection from possible vulnerabilities in the plugin code.

The license may be transferred to another party.

Support for Contact List PRO is available by sending the form at contactlistpro.com/support/ and directly by email at support@tammersoft.com.

Warranty

Contact List PRO is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments

For your security, we do not store your credit card or payment information on our site. All payments are processed by third party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller freemius.com. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Refund Policy

If you experience any problems with the plugin, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked.

Plans & Pricing

Tammersoft Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product and any license type without notice.
