FAQ

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We use Stripe and PayPal, and therefore accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

    Lifetime licenses can also be purchased by invoice / bank transfer, please contact us if you are interested.

  • How do you handle feature requests?

    We develop the plugin mainly based on feedback from customers and we are grateful for any kind of feedback.

    However, there is a quite long backlog of feature requests collected during the years, and while we are happy to receive new feature requests, it can take time before those are implemented.

    As of 24 March 2025, there is a new option to get your feature request to the top of the backlog and implemented as soon as possible.

    If the feature request you have in mind is very important to you, or you would otherwise like to have it implemented sooner, by purchasing this product you can skip the queue.

  • Do you make custom versions of the plugin?

    All feature requests are implemented in the generally available version of the plugin and we don't make separate custom versions of the plugin.

    However, if you are in need of a competent WordPress freelancer, please see more information here. I do also freelance work with WordPress and WooCommerce.

  • What currencies do you accept?

    We can receive payments in USD (US dollars), EUR (Euros) and GBP (British pounds).

  • Do you offer refunds?

    If you are not satisfied with the plugin, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my license?

    You can do that any time at the User Dashboard. More information here.

  • I have lost my license info, how can I activate or download the paid version?

    You can get the license key and also download the paid verson from the User Dashboard. You can use the email you used for purchasing to log in / request a new password.

  • Can I use the same license for developing a new site?

    Yes. All licence types allow use in staging and/or development domains without counting towards your site activations limit, more information here.

  • How can I change the email and billing information on my account?

    You can do that from the User Dashboard, just use the email you used for purchasing to log in / request a new password.

    Some but not all information can also be changed directly on the site where you have the plugin installed, from WP admin -> Contact List -> Settings -> Account.

  • Can I download a CSV file of the contacts from the front end?

    Yes, you can do that by adding the shortcode [contact_list download_csv=1] to any page on your site (available in all paid plans). Then you can download either all contacts or just filtered contacts.

  • How can I collect the contact database from the contacts directly?

    You can add the shortcode [contact_list_form] to any page and by sending the URL of that page to your contacts you can ask them to add their own info (available in all paid plans).

    When you also activate the setting "Send a permanent update URL to contacts created using the shortcode [contact_list_form]" from the plugin settings, "reCAPTCHA and email" tab, the contacts will also receive an email which contains a link to their own info so they can update it any time later.
